Stellar Customer Service

I moved all 3 of my pets over to Oneplan at the end of January 2024. At the end of February, one of my little ones had an accident that resulted in a concussion which required hospitalization. After he was home, I submitted my first claim to Oneplan for the event, and I was assisted by Kim Street in the claims department. The service I received was above and beyond, even extending to asking how my pet was doing once the claim had been processed. Very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone looking to insure their fur babies!
