Stay away from One Plan
So a few weeks ago I wanted to cancel my plan because they did not deliver my card in time. Nisha Hartley called me and convinced me not to cancel, my card was delivered and I was happy that I'll finally be able to consult. No doctors want One Plan clients. They do not have a list of doctors. I sent Nisha an email again that I want to cancel my plan. She called me and convinced me not to cancel and that she will deposit funds so I can be able to consult. I have been waiting for the money for the past two days, but there is no money. Someone from One Plan please cancel my policy effective immediately. You are just a bunch of ******, who are ******** people. My policy number is ********** 41. Do not bother calling me as I have already stated my reasons of cancelling my plan.
