Tumelo Madi (Claims Consultant) assisted me a few times with claims for my dogs. I lost one dog due to cancer in Jan 2018. The last one is very sick currently and doctors are going back and forth not being able to find the diagnoses. Tumelo does not only help with the claim and the advice on how the system works, what can be claimed and what not, she became like a confidant and that is worth so much more than she will ever know. She speaks to me as if she knows my animals personally. She does not speak of my animals as just animals, she understands that they are my only family. Tumelo, thank you, I hope your manager gets to read this. OnePlan must be honored to have someone like you on their team. I hope they appreciate that. Sickness in any form is always over traumatic. The world and especially the medical world, animals and humans needs more persons like you on the other end of the line. Thank you Tumelo!
