So far so good, I have only processed my first claim so will revert again at later stage. Friendly whatsapp service. Only issue i found is that you cannot process more than 2 claims at a time, so I had booked all 3 dogs in for vaccinations, but I only got pre-authorized for 2 of them. The 3rd one it was suggested to pay cash and request refund.
