Sithembiso is a rockstar!
Thank you so much Sithembiso Mdidimba, you are a true star! Having to start the new year with a vet visit is not the greatest experience but you handled a complication on my policy with efficiency, professionalism, and true care. You have a wonderful mannerism on the phone, and having been a customer representative and team leader in an insurance call centre myself this was greatly appreciated. You went above and beyond and put me at total ease, keep up the great work and I hope you have an amazing year! Thanks again 😊
