Signing my pets up was so easy
Signing my pets up was so easy. It was done over the phone and the consultants I dealt with were super. I had to claim for both pets within a space of one week and accessing the funds was so easy. The whatsapp line is always available when ever I text, Even after normal hours. All the people I have dealt with are very polite, friendly and professional. The App is also very easy to operate. It is a real pleasure to deal with OnePlan, I am very impressed.
