Sibusiso Ncambaca kindly and professionally assisted me with the updating of my kitty’s profile and was also more than happy to assist me with all of my queries. Being a new customer I was quite confused when it came to the claims procedure using the One Card but Sibusiso explained everything to me in detail. So happy I chose One Plan!🥹
