Sibusiso Ncambaca has been of great assistance to me in providing a clear understanding of my premium. I really appreciate his help. I rate him 100/100 and I want him to be greatly awarded and rewarded for his great service. Thank you. I don't have much to say about Oneplan because I haven't really claimed but so far they seem "okay." However they need to work on their customer service, some agents have no knowledge whatsoever and are very rude. But Sibusiso has cleared that up for me.
