Sheldon Naidoo was very patient, precise and professional. He managed to follow through a matter that I have been battling to get resolved both on app and on whatsup. He was not impatient to give a comment/ finding and close the matter before I can respond, which was the frustration I experienced before. I'm very grateful with his service
