Shari Govender resolved my query regarding a claim quickly and efficiently! The app wouldn’t allow me to submit the claim, but she handled it via WhatsApp and resolved it. It was my first claim experience, and I was not looking forward to it to be honest. But I’m happy to say that it was a painless and pleasurable experience.
