Shannen Mc Pherson, one of the OnePlan agents, was of great help in tending to my inquiries. In addition to that, her level of professionalism is quite commendable. Shannen created a safe space for me to ask my questions. At no point in our conversation did I feel like she was being dismissive. She was very effective in answering all my inquiries.
