Shannen Mc Pherson assisted me speedily and professionally
Shannen Mc Pherson assisted me speedily and professionally. She is lovely. I am, however, fed up with the IT issues and app issues and claims being rejected because of it. I have to contact support after each claim for it to be sorted out. 1 star for the system, 5 stars for support.
