Shame on you One Plan
Unbelievable! Do NOT NOT NOT go with these guys. I have run into serious financial issues and requested to cancel my policy with them on 2 April. The contract stated 30days notice period, but they will only cancel the policy on 1 June, 60 DAYS after the cancellation request. One also cannot cancel on 1 May, as it is a public holiday and they only take cancellations from the 1st day of the month, but public holidays are a problem. This is a freaking joke!! The worst service I have ever come across. Their illness and emergency cover also ONLY pays out IF YOUR DOG STAYS IN THE HOSPITAL OVERNIGHT. ***? During an emergency for my dog, the vet did all the procedures etc (was at 2am) and by 3pm that day said it would be best to take my dog home...and One Plan did not pay out because my dog was not there for 2 days. They are JUST IN IT FOR THE MONEY, TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE and do not give damn about YOU or your PETS. Shame on you One Plan.
We're truly sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing financial issues & do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.
As per our terms & conditions, we do require a full calendar months notice period for cancellations. However, this matter has been reviewed by the relevant department and the policy will be cancelled for the 01/05/2019.
For a Illness or Accident Cover Claim to be considered, the account/invoice must reflect details of the procedure and/or treatment administered for the diagnosed condition and where a charge for an overnight admission is reflected, it will be wholly considered.
Should you have any further inquiries, you may call us on *** or email ***
Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
The Oneplan team
