I was having problems trying to print some documents from the Website. On looking for contact details to make a phone call, I found a pop up window asking if their is anything that he can help with. I stated my problem. He verified some necessary details and solved my problem promptly. In just over 10 minutes the problem was solved and we said our thank you's. Excellent service!
