Lerato Phatela---she was the best person I have dealt with in business in many yearsI did not have all the info needed(of my sons pets)She spent so much time helping me,now a stupid old lady,with just EVERYTHING--various quotes etc....,help far beyond her call of duty. I frustrated her immensely but she remained helpful,kind and sweet She phoned to follow up,battled to get hold of me but persevered If only there were more people like Lerato Bless you!
