Service from One Plan Pet Insurance

On the 14th October 2020 my cat got extremely sick after joining One Plan Pet Insurance three months ago I phoned them to find out the procedure. The agent on the other end was extremely helpful and while I was on the phone speaking to her she immediately deposited funds onto my card and told me to get to the vet as soon as possible. The phone call and the deposit of the funds onto my account was under 10 minutes I could not believe how professional she was. The vet was extremely helpful examined my cat immediately but unfortunately he did not have the facilities to treat my cat any further. The vet arranged for my cat to go to a hospital that could treat my cat. I had to phone One Plan again for authorization for the hospital. I spoke to Sulezi what a wonderful, kind and compassionate person. I was extremely emotional she sent me forms that the vet had to complete and it has to be send back to One Plan for authorization by this time I was very upset about my cat . She was so considerate and told me to take the cat to the hospital and the rest will be sorted later. Thank you Sulezi those words meant so much to me I knew then the money was not going to be a problem and my cat would be sorted. Unfortunately and sadly I lost my cat the same afternoon. When I phoned Sulezi she was extremely and sincerely sorry for me. Sulezi sorted the hospital bills and the cancellation of my policy. I received condolence messages and they kept me updated with the procedure.. Even their Whats app line is so quick and professional. I would like to congratulate One Plan for their service I would like to HIGHLY recommend them. I will be opening another account soon for my new kitten. THANK YOU ONE PLAN
