I did not get a response from OnePlan WhatsApp when I requested funds to be loaded onto the card for our fur baby Bentley, who had to go in for a procedure. When I called, there wasn't an ounce of stress in her voice even while it felt like I was losing my mind because there was no initial confirmation of the funds being loaded.
