we had taken our dog to the vet after our fur babies got into a tiff. i loaded the claim incorrectly and forgot the pin to the card. i then called in and was assisted by a lovely lady who reversed the mess id made and reallocated the claim accordingly. i called in again this morning to confirm the claim and us getting our money back and i was assisted by a lovely lady by the name of Nombasa Felen. thank you ladies for your friendly and efficient service.
