They have increased my premiums every year and kept my benefits the same, after 3 years with oneplan I paid an equivalent to their highest plan yet received their lowest benefits and whenever i did process a vet visit they would only partly approve and demanded money back from me even though I would only use their service 1-2 times a year when I took my pet for a check up. When I tried to cancel my service with them they then hand me over without any communication from the company to tell me they partly approved my final claim ... I instead get calls to ask me if I would like to reinstate my service! ... Oneplan will suck you dry! Its only roses for the first 2 years until they start increasing your premium but ridiculous amounts, and declining to pay for claims!
