My dog is on the highest plan possible, which cost R550 per month. His total cover for Routine care is only R850. Anyone who has a pet will know that the annual injections, and deworming will cost over R800 for the visit. You exhaust your pet insurance for the year in one visit, while continuing to pay R550. It's a ****!

We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused. We do have your fur-baby's best interest at heart. Kindly note terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients, please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim.
There are annual cover limits on all our cover types. Kindly note that preventative care claims for your fur-baby includes, voluntary sterilization, vaccinations, deworming, tick and flea control will covered under the Pet Med Savings benefit up to the annual cover limit of R850. Kindly note a vet consultation will fall under the Casualty benefit up to the cover limit of R1550 per a Casualty benefit claim and your fur-baby had 4 Casualty Benefit claims per a year. Once the annual cover limit has been exceeded the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
