What a joke of a company, possibly the worst Pet Insurance to date. My dog is sick and you are unable to load funds onto the card because I have "exhausted" my visits, however one of those visits was accidental cover and not for illness. So I should technically have 1 extra.
Your insurance is a joke and unacceptable, will be cancelling this **** train of a company.
