****!!!!!!
I have 5 dogs all of which I pay for monthly , the first time I have a hospitalisation it's repudiated! Our vet wrote a letter stating our dog had a “ large hard mass on her ventral abdomen- a granulomatous abscess” which was NOT an elective surgery (which is what their reason was for repudiating the claim) but a massive pocket of infection that had to be removed for the sake of the dogs health. I’ve been back and forth with them since August but they refuse to pay the claim, they care so little that they couldn’t even respond back to my mail yesterday, I was communicating with Melvyn . I would NOT recommend this insurance. Beware of this ****!!!!!

You have not tried to get hold of me , I’m meticulous with answering my phone and emails. So it’s a further display of poor faith .
I’m not looking for a response to placate me , do the right thing and pay the claim. That’s the reason people like myself take out insurance.
It’s very simple , pay the claim by Monday, you have had enough time and I’m not interested in fielding any non sense .
I will publish the vets letter on the sight it’s conclusive.
Furthermore I want my claim paid and to move to a reputable insurer .
So in black and white , pay me ! Refund this months premium and cancel any further premium.
I’ve been in business long enough to know who to have as ‘ future partners ‘ that I can Trust and rely on.
I’m going to publish the vet report and repudiation on other media platforms and expose this.
What a complete joke of a business!
