Pathetic service. They come up with new reasons, that defy logic, not to pay.

Good day Oyama,

Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to further discuss the matter at hand

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

As per our telephonic discussion, a detailed invoice including the doctors stamp is required when claiming for day-to-day benefits. The reason for this is for auditing purposes on our side and to prevent *****. We have now received the required invoice. The claim will be assessed and processed accordingly.

Kindly note that certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan

Nothing in my policy schedule that says the invoce must be stamped. You guys had been paying claims from Medicross that were not stamped. Or are you racially profiling certain Dr's?

Hi Oyama,

We sincerely apologize about the way you feel, kindly note that the invoices received previously from the service provided were stamped, however the most recent invoice that we received did not reflect the doctors stamp, therefore we requested for an invoice with the doctors’ stamp. The requirement of a detailed invoice has always been a standard process of the policy.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
