Satisfactory and Timeous Response

Last week, i wrote a complaint about One Pet with regards to a payment issue i was receiving from them. After posting my complaint i nearly immediately received a call from Mr Ronald Govender (Customer Services Manager) whom reassured me that he would now personally deal with the matter, and within less than an hour, the matter was sorted and Mr Govender called me to inform me that he had sorted the matter. He handled the situation very professionally and i am extremely happy with the outcome.
