Rutendo Adelaide was very quick on the responses and after confirming an appointment, I also asked about a claim that was not refunded on mail and when they investigated they notified me and I have received my refund, al this within a period of 30 min
Rutendo Adelaide was very quick on the responses and after confirming an appointment, I also asked about a claim that was not refunded on mail and when they investigated they notified me and I have received my refund, al this within a period of 30 min. I am very happy and they definitely went the extra mile.
