Rutendo Adelaide together with her claims manager, Larned Larmot kindly assisted me in getting funds for multiple pets loaded onto my Onecard. They exceeded my expectations by making the funds available for all my pets, to process payments for vaccinations and routine care. The teamwork and efficiency in getting my claims processed were fantastic. If there was an Olympics for customer service, they would take the gold, every time.
