Run away, worst insurer ever
If you are ever considering OnePlan pet insurance, run the other way. And if you are a client and get Johan Geldenhuys as claims consultant, start crying. The incompetency is incredible. Our dog got hepatopathy due to something she ate. I asked Johan how to prove it was due to something she ate and he said the vet must do bloods and a scan. The vet did. Now they reject the claim due to 'inconclusive diagnosis'. So my dog was hospitalized for a week for nothing according to them
