ROXANNE BOTHA - is a ROCKSTAR!

My dog recently had to undergo surgery. With all the stress and anticipation, I called One Plan and was under the impression that pre-auth would be done on the same day of the surgery. I discovered that there is usually a 24 hour period. I was distraught as my dog is not a fan of the vet and had to undergo sedation for the specialist to assess his injury. I called and spoke with Roxanne and she assisted me promptly, comforted me over the phone. She called be back in 10 minutes to say that authorization was granted and the surgery could go ahead. I was so relieved in that moment as it was stressful enough with the injury, the vet visit and all the steps we had to take to make sure my pup can have the best quality of life going forward. Post surgery the next day - ROXANNE called me to ask me how I was doing, I was so appreciative of the additional step, just to check in - the humanity of it all really carved a special place for Roxanne. Just WOW!!!
