Rocket Science diverted! Amazing
At some point, medical felt like rocket science, lol - ohkay. But amazingly, the Team at OnePlan made it super easy to process, but mostly tounderstand. AND I LOVE the app feature - its user friendly and so convenient, because no sickness is planned - right.
And I must add that Jennifer Chirwa brought it home for the team. Whoop whoop. Like honestly, she sealed, of what was already in limbo. Still feeling unsure about (the rocket science of medical aid) but that call was re-assuring I must say. She was friendly, polite and easy to chat to. She helped with the app and most especially helped me understand how to use this thing that I'm paying for (that I seemed not to get it in the first place). Now I know how to effectively use to my benefit. Which is pretty cool.
So, Thank you OnePlan, thank you Mosa Phage and Jennifer Chirwa. Great team.
