I have just joined One Plan for the Car and Household Insurance. I initially tried to go through the online process but I ended up requesting telephonic assistance. I received a call the next morning from Ricardo Peterson. Ricardo was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.
