I reluctantly answered a telemarketing call from Riaan because I was expecting the same old marketing experience without providing information for my understanding. However, Riaan proved to be very patient with me in explaining the reason for his call, the name of his organisation and its registration details. He further explained the nature of insurance, what the insurance covers and how it will benefit me. I must say that I am very impressed with the kind of service I got from this call.
