Unfortunately my view has completed changed of oneplan and Riaan. On the 14th I signed up for the car insurance and paid the pro rata as requested by Riaan. On the 18 I cancelled since the vehicle was sold, I called Riaan and told him that since I paid for the entire month and called early, I should be reimbursed for the days I did not receive cover. He told me they will process this at the end of the month, 19 Days later and no credit has been passed.
