Riaan was a very kind and patient guy over the phone. He seemed very friendly. The only thing was that he needs to be more time efficient as potential clients are also very busy during the day and only have a limited time to actually take the call. End of story: We took the car insurance and had a respectful guy help us :) Thanks Riaan!
