If you sent me the below confirmation why on earth have you debuted my account. Return my money immediately and pay for my outstanding claims. Dont **** me off.

We regret to inform you that your Oneplan policy nr. ***, has been cancelled. In terms of our policy wording, there is a 30 day (one calendar month) notice period. Your policy will be cancelled as of the 2024/03/31 and your last premium will be deducted on the 2024/02/26.
Please note that premiums are deducted in advance and should your premium be returned for whatever reason during your cancellation period, your cover will be suspended and no claims will be entertained.
