resolving of claims
Oneplan as a company they are not super yet some of the employee's are very helpful. every time when i have to see a doctor is not easy a claim can take a month to be resolved. this time I just want to give thanks to a Lady named Mamsy Chokwe for taking her time to see to it that claim is approved and i can even go visit a Doctor.
