Resignation Letter
I resigned from One Plan on 2 March 15 and received sms saying another premium will be deducted 1 April and policy ends 30 April 15. When phoning was told I did not resign on 1 March so another month to be deducted. I am still waiting for a Manager to call me back since Wed 11 March. 1 March was on a Sunday , in my opinion 2March is the start of a new month. I have already joined a new Med. Aid and now have to pay 2 instalments. Not cool at all
