Renee to the rescue
Good day
As always, Renee ***ley assisted me with something that was not part of her job scope. When needing a hospital authorisation number and not having any luck with the 1-hour holding at One Plan, one email to Renee and she had 4 people try to call me at once.
Thanks to Renee, issue sorted out within a couple of minutes.
