We would also like to thank the wonderful Hospital Authorization team for there fantastic service, assistance and advise.
A very big and hearty thank you Brave Nyirenda, what an excellent person. He assisted in 2 out of the 3 Authorizations that we needed and what a pleasure to deal with him, he was not only effective, efficient and fantastic but so helpful, understanding and exceptionally patient with us by answering all our questions.
Denzil Govender - amazing, and also so patient - thank you

Letumile Matsimela - great service, helpful and very understanding - thank you
Refilwe Leopeng - what a person also so so patient especially with the last authorization on 10 September. You are amazing, I think if they hear my name they wanted to run to the hills. There were so many questions so many confirmations that was needed and every time the response was ultra professional and never annoyed with me for sometimes asking the same question 3 or 4 times - super cool guys.
Please keep up the good work, we do appreciate you all for what you do. It doesn't matter what time of day you, there's always a smile in your voices and as a team the Authorization team are supper professional and super great. Well done! You guys rock.
