Rejected claims.

Have pet insurance with you for 2 dogs and get R690 each for routine care, which is de worming, vaccinations etc. Took my dogs for vaccinations to SPCA which isn't highly inflated prices like the vet. Cost me R210 and R330 for the two. Now one plan won't pay my claim as they say that they don't pay if you use someone who doesn't belong to the vetenarian Council which in fact the SPCA clinic do belong to. When confronted with this they then turned around and said it states in there terms that thay don't pay for SPCA vets visits. “. (Routine Care” means preventative care for your cats and dogs and includes, voluntary sterilisation, vaccinations, deworming, flea control, and anal gland expression, dental scaling and polishing and nail clipping.WHAT YOU ARE NOT COVERED FOR: Costs for pet accessories such as food, beds, toys, leashes, grooming etc. This means we don’t cover the glitz and glam) THIS IS FROM MY POLICY WORDING. nowhere does it say you can't use SPCA for routine care. Only under Vets Visits which is not what I am claiming for does it state that they won't pay if you use spca for vets visits. Please explain why y claims were rejected and provide proof that I may not use SPCA for routine care
