Rejected claims

Very unhappy with the recent services, claims that have been approved previously are now rejected, i have spoken to 3 different agents and was told 3 different stories and are still awaiting that return call they promised me within a hour.

I will be cancelling my policy for the 2nd and last time with one plan for the exact same reason!

Highly not recommended!!
