Refusal to admit someone woth complete left side paralysis???

ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE!!!!

My girlfriend all stroke like sy.ptoms with complete paralysis in her left leg, arm and face and speak g incomprehensibly but the MRI comes up clean.

Those symptoms are STILL THERE and they refuse to admit her to their affiliated Netcare hospital and, THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO DISMISS HER!!!!

SHE IS COMPLETELY PARALYSED ON ONE ENTIRE SIDE OF HER BODY AND THEY WANT TO DISMISS HER!!!

What an entire sham of a so-called 'hospital plan'!!!

THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH HER AND YOU WANT HER TO GO HOME???

ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU IF ABSOLUTELY ABYTHING HAPPENS TO HER!!!!!

When she arrived at the hospital yesterday morning she had slight mobility of her left leg and lost it while she was there.

How can they possibly dismiss them and send them home unable to eat, drink, or even move their limbs???

Absolutely dispicible!!!

Good day Christopher,

Thank you for taking our call and allowing us the opportunity to further explain our in-hospital authorization process.

Kindly note under no circumstance can our team discharge a patient, only the treating Doctor is endowed with this meticulous jurisdiction. Upon receiving a call from the hospital on the 28/11/2020 guarantee of payment was issued for query stroke and casualty was given to allow for a diagnostic confirmation because there was no supporting documentation to warrant approval of admission. We did make a courtesy call to the hospital to request the required details.

Each approved admission/event must have either confirmed diagnostic reports or alternatively a treatment plan with symptoms, the latter was given on the 29/11/2020, hence the guarantee of payment. For us to assist a funding decision can only be given based on the information provided by the hospital.

As per our telephonic conversation we are awaiting the receipts and invoices, once we receive the receipts and invoices, we will then process it for reimbur*****t.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan
