Refund or reimbur*****t

On December 10,2015,i claimed for Doctors visit,i paid cash so i could claim later on from One plan,i submitted the Doctors Letter and invoice to validate my visit,after uploading the docs,<br> I had to call back and was told the one doc was not stamped as a result it will not be processed,on the 4th Jan 2016,uploaded docs,<br> After being told they still havent received my docs,i was asked to send them to [Email Removed] today there is no feedback whether they have received them,processing or the outcomes,i pay this policy every month to be treated like this.
