REFUND OF MY MONEY

Well well I cancelled my policy within the coolling off period, 9 days before the deduction date, although you still take my money and then when I phoned it will be refunded in a couple of days, yeah right we are now already in the middle of the month and I still did not received my refund. It seems to me that you earn interest on my money that will be refunded to me as it is not in my account!!!! Here is the thing if my money does not reflect in my account tommorrow I will get my lawyer and advocate to sort you out all costs for your account, and I will personally list you on the credit bureau for non payment, then you could wait until such time I feel up to it to de-list you. I have send you an email to cancell my policy and it took you a week to get back to me, you must practice what you preach all calls are recorded for your best interest and ours. Yeah right. I will post on Facebook every day until such time you decide to pay back my money, it seems to me that you are not just useless you clueless toooooo!!!
