Refilwe Ntsia was excellent in helping me understand the process of claims and the benefits
Refilwe Ntsia was excellent in helping me understand the process of claims and the benefits. Unfortunately their WhatsApp and AI (phone) systems bombed on me and did not fulfill my requests appropriately (hence the drop in rating to 4) but with her pleasant demeanor that was all forgotten as she not only fulfilled my request but also provided additional information, which I did not ask for but was extremely helpful and beneficial to me. I truly appreciated her taking the time to assess my needs and provide me with what I needed.
