Recently chatted with Thembakazi Mbalane from OnePlan regarding my Pet Insurance. She was efficient and very informative. This is the second chat that I had this week. The first chat didn’t yield the results required and I did not receive much help. Thembakazi answered all my questions and provided everything needed to resolve my query. One of the better agents I’ve dealt with from OnePlan.
