Receiving sms's after more then a month!!!
I paid R1230 per month for about 4 months, I only claimed a doctor fee once of R260, they got the proof, wasn't happy with it then got the referent documents from my Doctor. after more then a month later they still sms me that I need to send them proof, I cant claim anything else as they need the proof that they already got!!!!! I just wasted all my money, I do not recommend One plan to anyone!!!! What a joke!!!! I added my boyfriend on the plant after the first month and as from today he couldn't claim as he is still on waiting period, its been 4 months!!!DISGUSTED !!!

Please note that we have contacted Medicross Pretoria directly and obtained the detailed invoice required for assessing your claim. We have sent this to our claims department for assessing therefore there will not receive any further correspondence regarding this claim.
With regards to adding your partner on the plan, please note that his inception date is 01/05/2015, therefore he has to go through all the waiting periods the same way that you did.
Your policy has been cancelled and last cover date will be 30/06/2015.
