Really had a great experience on their whatsapp service. Everything from lodging claims and settlement, all in a matter of minutes! I also contacted them again to help with refunding me to my bank account instead of to my card and rather than give me nonsense, they sorted me out. Special mention - Sibusiso Ncambaca helped me out very efficiently and with care.
