Reabetsoe Letsatsi provided exceptional service, showing efficiency, compassion, and genuine care while assisting with hospital authorisation for my dog, Benji. Reabetsoe kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond by following up to check on Benji’s recovery after his operation.
