Razia Yousuf
I changed my Pet Insurance and was referred to Razia Yousuf. What a pleasure to work with her. She is friendly, kind and patient. I had to restart the online process three times as I was having difficulty with my cellphone, and she remained patient and took me through it step by step, 3 times. She is definitely an asset to her employer!
