Very well spoken lady, Fikile helped me with my quotation. I am impressed with the ability of this salespersons use of English and I assume English is not her native tongue but she adressed herself very professionally unlike most businesses in South Africa where sales staff cant speak proper English or pronounce the words correctly making it very difficult to understand. Well done Fikile. I am also impressed with this product with the versatility it gives me as client. This is gonna go BIG watch this product!!!

I only had a problem with the communication constantly getting interrupted by a bad electronic system in that we were constantly been cut of and had to resume by first establishing what I heard and not heard, which made the process tediously long. Not her fault tho. Keep it up.
